Return and Exchange Policy.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your True Blue-TC Collection Shop purchase. If for any reason you are not, returns and exchanges are allowed within 7 days of your purchase from True Blue-TC Collection , Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.
We cannot accept returns and exchanges after the 7 day period. Before returning any product, Please email us and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must post the RMA number on outside return package. NO returns,of any type, will be accepted without a RMA number. Please have the following information on hand when asking for a RMA number: customer name, invoice number, item number, Date on your invoice. All can be found on your invoice. Returns need to be carefully packed and we recommend the original shipping boxes if possible. For your protection against loss during shipping, please make sure to insure your return package ( with either the US Postal Service or UPS ) for the full value of the product.

True Blue-TC Collection Shop will accept a cashiers check or money order. True Blue-TC Collection Shop will accept personal or business checks up to $5000.00 at our web site products, but allow 6-10 business days for clearing.
